Case Study

We needed to set up a new EMEA sales office based out of the UK - we had previously operated from our European HQ in Brussels, but this is now operating as our back office function. We wanted to have the new sales office in place from the start of our fiscal year - 01 August, and therefore needed a quick solution, with minimal investment. Initially we had a requirement to accommodate 8-10 people.

I emailed Easy Offices via their website address and requested meetings at 3 potential venues, that I had found via the website. The meetings were set up for my preferred date the following week. I also then received another 3 contacts via potential service providers, which I was also able to set up to view in the same timescale. After viewing the sites, I short listed to 2, and reviewed them a week later. The final decision was taken within that week, and the license set in place within 10 days. In all the overall process took less than 4 weeks.

Ideal - we will be moving in on 14 August, although the premises are licensed from 01 August.
